Da ich mich ja schon fast zu den Berufskraftfahrern zähle, da ich sehr viel auf deutschen Autobahnen unterwegs bin, interessiere ich mich natürlich auch sehr für die neuen Bußgelder. Diese sind nämlich z.T. stark erhöht – ja manchmal sogar verdoppelt worden.
Hier habe ich mal einige sehr beliebte Vergehen mit Bußgeld aufgelistet – nur die Geldstrafen:
(im Klammern stehen die alten Bußgelder)
Übersschreitung der Höchstgeschwindigkeit (innerorts)
um bis zu 25kmh – 80€ (50€)
um bis zu 30kmh – 100 (60€)
um bis zu 40kmh – 160€ (100€)
um bis zu 50kmh – 200€ (125€)
…
mehr als 70kmh zu viel – 680€ (425€)
außerorts sind die Strafen etwas geringer.
Fahren unter Alkohol oder Drogen:
Erstes Mal: 500€ (250€)
Zweites Mal: 1000€ (500€)
Drittes Mal: 1500€ (750€)
–> Hier sind die Strafen alle verdoppelt worden!
Rote Ampel überfahren:
ohne Gefährdung – 200€ (125€)
mit Gefährdung – 320€ (200€)
Zebrastreifen trotz Fußgänger überfahren – 80€ (50€)
Drängeln, je nach Schwere – von 75€ bis 400€ (40€ – 250€)
Vorfahrt missachten – 100€ (50€)
Handy am Steuer – 40€ (30€)
Na dann bin ich mal gespannt, wann ich das erste Mal in den Genuss der neuen Preise komme. ahrt vorsichtig und bleibt sauber!
