Wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, alles fliegt so an euch vorbei oder geht zu schnell, habe ich eien Tipp für euch:
Nehmt euch doch zwischendurch immer mal wieder 5 Sekunden Zeit, einen alltäglichen Gegenstand genau zu betrachten. Beim Spatzierengehen, als Beifahrer im Auto oder sonstwo: Ein Vogel, die Wolken, ein Kornfeld, einen Menschen oder einfach irgendeinen Gegenstand. Versucht das Schöne daran zu sehen und freut euch darüber (das Glas ist halb voll!). Normalerweise nehmen wir uns immer nur einen Sekundenbruchteil Zeit um alles anzusehen. Versucht es mal – 5 Sekunden sind lang!
Ein kleiner Tipp mit großer Wirkung: Durch diese 5 Sekunden werdet Ihr bewusster durchs Leben gehen und die positive Seite an allem erkennen.
